Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary significantly depending on your relationship with the Bank and the services requested. Customers may receive up to 25 messages per week during active account servicing, lending activities, applications, appointments, document requests, or other customer service interactions.

 

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's pricing plan.

 

Opt-In Method

Customers may opt in by initiating a text message conversation with a Farmers State Bank SMS-enabled phone number published by the Bank.

 

Opt-Out Method

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact Farmers State Bank directly and request removal from SMS communications.
